I have read and discussed more than 90 books in the book clubs I host since 2019. Experiencing the different opinions of a diverse group of readers has been a highly enriching and rewarding experience for me.
I host an English book club for women within the Frauenakademie, the Women’s Academy of the Ulmer Volkshochschule @vh.ulm a public adult eduction institution. You are welcome to join even if you do not live in Ulm, Germany.
We discuss one book each session. The theme for this semester is “Summer”. Our first book is “Atonement”« by Ian McEwan. The next titles will be selected by the group.

We meet via Zoom on four Thursdays 19:00-20:30 CET on March 20, May 15, June 5 and July 3 plus an in-person meeting to get to know fellow local book lovers and to chat about books in Ulm (free of charge)
